中華長春善緣關懷促進會屬於已向內政部申請核准登記立案，能提供會員妥善的保障。

比較項目 合法登記立案 未登記立案
合法效力 經內政部核准者，能合法招攬往生互助會。 不符合內政部訂定原則，不能招攬往生互助會。
保障程度 主管機關得視情節輕重依人民團體法處分，最重可令其解散；
如果涉有違反刑事法規情事者，移請司法或警察機關偵辦。 		若是未立案組織、個人從事往生互助會，
查證後涉有刑事責任，將移請司法或警察機關偵辦。
資訊透明 提經理事會審議通過後，報送主管機關備查，
同時透過會訊及網路等方式廣知會員。 		社員和意行為。
所得款項 以團體名義專戶存儲，專款專用。 難以掌握。
